This policy explains what Listo Cleaners (“we”) collects through listocleaners.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Cleaning requests: what you type into our quote or walkthrough forms (name, phone, email, ZIP code, the service, dates and notes), plus the page you sent it from and your country as reported by our hosting provider (used only to filter spam).
- Campaign tags: if you arrived from a link with tracking tags (for example from a door hanger or our Google profile), we save those tags with your request so we know which flyers work.
- Site statistics: we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
How we use it
To answer your request and to schedule and do the work. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.
Text messages
We only text you about your request if you check the text-message box. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Checking the box is never required to get a quote or apply.
Where it is stored and for how long
Requests are stored in a private database hosted by Cloudflare that only the owner can access. Cleaning requests that don’t turn into work are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept as long as needed for the work, billing and the law.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website and our request database. Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google to load them.
