House cleaning questions, answered
How much is a house cleaning in Denver?
Standard cleans start at $150 for a studio or 1-bedroom. A 3 bed / 2 bath is $240 one-time or $205 every 2 weeks. See your price range in about a minute; we confirm the exact price before we book.
What’s included in a standard clean?
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas: dusting reachable surfaces, wiping counters and outsides of appliances, cleaning sinks, tubs, showers and toilets, mirrors, making beds, emptying trash, vacuuming and mopping floors. See the full checklist on our services page.
What’s the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A deep clean adds the detail work: baseboards, door frames and switches, cabinet fronts, vents, blinds, behind and under what we can safely move, and a slower scrub of the kitchen and bathrooms. We recommend it for a first visit or a home that hasn’t been cleaned in a while.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many people give us a door code, lockbox or key. If we can’t get in at the booked time, there is a $50 lockout fee.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, we bring our own cleaning products and equipment. If you’d like us to use a product you prefer, leave it out and tell us.
What about pets?
Pets are welcome. Tell us about them when you book. A home with a lot of pet hair has a $20 add-on because it takes longer.
How do rescheduling and cancelling work?
Free up to 48 hours before your clean. Later than that, there is a $50 fee.
Why is the price a range?
Two homes of the same size can take very different amounts of time. The range covers normal differences. We confirm the exact price with you before we book, and it doesn’t change on the day unless you add something.
Do you clean offices at night or on weekends?
Yes, in the evenings and on weekends. Office prices start at $95 per visit and we always quote after a free walkthrough. New office clients: 10% off your first month. Office cleaning.

Is it the same cleaner every time?
We aim to send the same cleaner or team to your home every visit.
What are your hours?
Open 7 days, 8am–8pm.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Sí, hablamos español. You can book, ask questions and get updates in English or Spanish.
Do you have offers for new customers?
Book every-2-weeks cleaning and get $50 off your first deep clean. New office clients: 10% off your first month. Offer terms.
Do you have a referral program?
When a new household or office you refer, in our service area, completes its first paid clean, they get $25 off that clean and you get a $25 credit toward your next clean. Credit only. It is never tied to leaving a review. If you post about us after getting a referral credit, please mention the credit.
